Our client, an investment advising company located in Boston, is seeking an Office Manager to temporarily join their team through January. The hours for this role are 8am-5pm and it is compensating $25-$30 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Manage badge access for visitors and employees, including creating, deleting, and modifying badge accessReceive courier and overnight deliveries; announce deliveries to mailroom staff and ensure that packages and boxes are attended to.Liaise with the building staff on facility related matters and report general maintenance needs.Assist in vendor coordination and administrationProvide administrative support to senior leadersMaintain all travel and calendar management including processing invoices, travel & expensesOrganize and prepare for meetings (both in person and virtual), including gathering documents and attending to logisticsComplete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the distribution organizationPlan and coordinate schedulesHelp manage the operational and organizational aspects of budgeting, supplier setup, invoice management, and expensesQualifications:3-5 years of experience preferably in a financial services firmBachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferredExperience supporting executive positions with the ability to quickly assess a situation and exercise sound business judgmentHigh sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal; and able to interact with senior business professionals with tact, courtesy, and professionalismAbility to work independently and with other team members under pressure and prioritize competing tasks that require the highest level of attention to detail and accuracyExperience dealing with sensitive, highly confidential matters, which require the highest degree of diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion in communicating informationHigh competency level with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, SharePoint, DocuSign, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Workday.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
