Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a financial firm located in Boston, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for 12+ months. The hours for this role are 8am to 5pm and it is compensating up to $32 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviewsCreate, collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documentsMaintain accurate and diligent candidate and search materials in WorkdayPost jobs on internal and external job boardsArrange domestic and international travel for candidatesCollaborate with recruiters on offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer letters and offer documents for all new hiresQualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, client facing or customer service rolePrior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is preferred, but not requiredDemonstrated ability to coordinate scheduling and logisticsAbility to complete tasks with accuracy and speedStrong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturitySuperior organizational skills, detail-orientation, and the ability to prioritize workload independentlyAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environmentExcellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with MS Outlook for email, calendar management, and meeting coordinationExperience with Workday is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
