Senior Manager of Workplace Experience

Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Newton, is seeking a Senior Manager of Workplace Experience to join their team! This role is temporary for approximately 6 months with potential to extend, onsite in Newton, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying up to $50/hour. This role is looking for an experience Office Manager, Operations, Executive Assistant, and adjacent profile. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plan and execute monthly employee experience events in partnership with HR (i.e. themed happy hours, speaker series, lunch and learns, etc.)- Manage daily lunch and snack programing through ezCater's Relish and Canteen- Ensure facility maintenance, including cleanliness, appearance and functionality by opening tickets in building engines, partnering with building engineers, and other contractors- Coordinate with IT management on meeting and event logistics and office technology needs- Manage general office and kitchen supply inventories and place necessary orders while maintaining budgets- Conduct daily facility walk throughs to collect data for maintenance projects, and ensure safety standards- Manage conference room scheduling and resolve conflicts- Create and send company communications with announcements and resources that support employee preparedness for office visits- Analyze space planning needs and provide innovative and proactive solutions- Maintain desking policy and structure through Envoy desk booking and neighborhoods - Oversee access control systems and in office attendance reporting using Aurora Keyscan- Manage team workflows and operations through project sheets and request intake processes- Act as Emergency Coordinator and Lab Safety Committee member- Manage vendor relationships and contracts with diverse companies to uphold company's DEI initiatives- Invoice reconciliation & budget managementsQUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA degree preferred5+ years of related administrative support and office/facilities management experienceProven proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience supporting or executing an office move or consolidation effortStrong project management and problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate across the organization to align resourcesDemonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailHighly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of informationExperience using project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Concur) preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
