We are a Boston based real estate development and investment company. We're looking for cold callers to call lead lists and discover property owners who are interested in selling their property to us.
We have a CRM that we will plug you into and train you on how to use it. We also utilize google docs.
We will provide you a script and leads that already have phone numbers/emails/contact information provided and ready for outreach. You will be responsible for calling on them, recording conversations/activity, setting appointments where applicable and reporting activity to the owner of the company.
You will be learning all about real estate investment, development and management along the way in a young, fast paced start-up type environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Has time to make calls for 10-20 hours per week
- Is consistent with their dials, hard working and honest about their performance
- Is familiar with working within a CRM and/or Google Docs
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Not afraid of rejection
- Ability to speak in a non-threatening and relatable manner to home owners in clear English
- Ability to qualify leads
- Real estate and/or cold calling experience huge bonus
This role is primarily remote but candidate is required to be local for certain in person commitments.
