We are currently looking for a Bird Dog to join our Boston team! We will only be looking at people who are highly motivated and eager to make money.
A real estate bird-dog is someone who scouts out potential real estate investment opportunities and passes them along to investors, wholesalers, or real estate professionals; which in this case would be our team. Bird Dogs do not purchase the properties themselves but instead identify leads that fit a buyer's investment criteria which in our case would be below market properties. Once you find a suitable lead, you hand it off to our team in exchange for a fee if the deal goes through.
Compensation: 10k per deal
