We have showings work for both licensed real estate agents and unlicensed showing/rental assistants.
We are looking for motivated individuals who want to join a tight knit real estate family and grow their business. Whether you are considering getting your license, just got your license, or have been licensed for years, you can be a part of our team to help with property showings. As a licensed agent, you can earn commission on your Buying/Listing sales and transactions, as well as earn an additional hourly wage as part of our Showing Specialist team. Qualified agents have the opportunity to receive leads in order to increase your earning potential.
At our brokerage, you have the option to be an independent full-time or part-time sales agent and grow your own business with training and mentorship from the brokers/owners, and have the opportunity to work on a team and assist with showings for extra income.
Availability: As part of our team, we expect you to be available to work 2-3 days on weekdays and have weekend availability.

Required Qualifications:
Real Estate License in good standing (for agent work)
Must have own car (mileage not reimbursed)
Must be able to set up appointments without ever being late
Must live near Cambridge/Boston
Highly responsive to email, text and phone calls
High attention to detail and organization of clients and schedule
Ability to track working hours accurately
Self-driven and motivated to getting tasks accomplished
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Schedule showings for prospects and clients
Accompany prospects and clients to showings
Manage open houses
Attend home inspections, appraisals, contractor appointments as needed
Compensation: $25/hr to start for showings as part of a team based on experience with the possibility of raises pending reviews. Commission for Licensed Agent’s own Buying/Listing transactions based on number of closed transactions.
