Lending area is Massachusetts, Rhode Island & New Hampshire. Loan sizes begin at $100,000 with terms from 6 - 12 months. Being a small family owned business we pride ourselves in approving and funding all loans right here in our office in Hanover, MA, so you can talk to the person approving and funding your loan! No working with someone out of state or unreachable! You will work directly with the owners who have many years of experience in the lending and Real Estate development business.
You have the flexibility to work from home at our Hanover office. You keep all of your commissions with the income potential of $100,000 - $300,000 per year. NO NMLS LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
