We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Field Manager to oversee our property maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, can lead a team, and enjoys solving problems in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support maintenance staff in the field.
- Manage larger maintenance and repair projects from start to finish.
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate directly with tenants to address maintenance needs and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property maintenance management or related field preferred.
- Construction/maintenance experience (Light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry etc)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in Real Estate in general
