This job is meant for people who have the desire to earn maximum for their hard work. The job also requires understanding and polite interaction with clients, landlords and properties on a daily basis.
Our offices are located in a fast-paced, busy market where there is a quick turn-around. Successful agents are quick to respond to client emails and request.
Requirement:
-Real Estate license
-Must have own car (4-door is preferred)
-Cellular phone
-Prompt response to email, text and phone calls
-Organized and must be able to set up appointments without ever being late
-Self-driven and motivated to getting tasks accomplished
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Schedule showings for prospects and clients.
-Accompany prospects and clients to showings.
-Be able to navigate tools such as Google Sheets.
-Make phone calls and have persistence to get bookings in the calendar and get clients’ questions answered.
-Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
