We are a rapidly expanding family-owned and operated private security company seeking qualified officers to work as unarmed security officer at one of our prestigious accounts located in Dorchester, MA.
Alliance has a manned 24/7 dispatch center with a Supervisor on duty at all times of the day. These positions offer excellent starting salaries for qualified candidates. We have morning, afternoon and weekend shifts available.
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Personal cell phone/Personal e-mail
Current/Valid MA driver's license
Strong communication skills
Command presence
Report writing capabilities
Flexible work availability
Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
Pass a drug screening
High School diploma or equivalent
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Maintain access control to a secure facility
Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift
Report Writing/Incident Reporting
Conflict management/resolution
Emergency/Incident Response
