Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Canvassers. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team by engaging with homeowners and promoting the benefits of our ductless mini-split systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working outdoors, and is passionate about green and efficient home solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage with homeowners, providing information about the benefits of ductless mini-split systems for heating and cooling.
- Answer questions and address any concerns homeowners may have about our products and services.
- Collect and record homeowner information accurately for follow-up by the sales team.
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional information.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates, company promotions, and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
