Local New England Construction Company wants design estimators to join our construction and restoration division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in residential construction, with some computer knowledge.
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Construction Design Estimator, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. These people are in need of our services and are waiting for your visit with solutions to their issues. This is not a remodeling position but a basement water entry solution position.
You will not be responsible in generating your own contacts, we have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting you into the home that is in need of our service.
Qualifications:
Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Hands on experience is needed
10 years of residential or commercial construction
Possess a CSL is not required
Excellent customer service skills/follow though
High level of motivation a must
Self-Driven & Independent
Natural Sense of Urgency
Quick Problem Solver
Ability to measure, diagram and create a scope of work per the customers' needs or requests.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
