We’re looking for a talented Designer & Selections Specialist to join our growing team. If you love working with clients, bringing design ideas to life, and guiding homeowners through their remodeling journey, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Meet with clients to design kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
Guide clients through interior selections (cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, paint, flooring, windows, and more)
Create professional designs using 2020 CAD, SketchUp, or similar software
Maintain accurate details in Buildertrend CRM
Split your time between office-based design (60%) and on-site client meetings (40%)
Collaborate closely with project managers, installers, and outside crews to ensure projects run smoothly
Present design options and ideas using PowerPoint and visual tools
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and follow-through
Experience with 2020 CAD / SketchUp
Knowledge of residential remodeling and construction practices
Familiarity with Buildertrend (or willingness to learn)
Strong knowledge of industry products (cabinets, counters, fixtures, flooring, tile, etc.)
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with both clients and crews
Reliable transportation to meet clients in their homes
