Responsibilities:
Generate leads by creating and placing basic online ads in warm markets on a variety of platforms
Running short telephone or zoom interviews (script is provided)
Schedule & execute in-person sales visits
Support and guide your team members and associates of the community
Periodically attend training streams via zoom
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in the paid workforce
Possess the self-discipline to work remotely
Strong communication skills
Experience or strong interest in Leadership Development
