Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Jordan Home Care Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations, and ultimately driving sales growth for our home care services.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and community organizations to promote our services and generate referrals.

3. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs and preferences to tailor our services to their individual requirements.

4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and their families, highlighting the benefits and value of our home care services.

5. Contract Negotiation: Help negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and outcomes, using CRM software.

8. Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with our services and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
