Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Stylist Assistant to join our dynamic team at Fernanda's Beauty Salon. In this role, you will:
Assist stylists with their tasks and ensure clients are comfortably brought to the chair.
Mix chemicals and prepare all tools for each service.
Maintain cleanliness by tidying up after services and organizing salon’s common areas.
Engage with our community by recording videos and taking photos of our services for social media.
Manage postings on various social media platforms to highlight the salon's work.
Requirements:
Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A friendly and outgoing personality that meshes well with our team.
Humility and the capability to take constructive criticism and apply improvements.
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment to cleanliness.
Enthusiasm for growth within the cosmetology industry.
Comfort with using smartphones for social media engagement.
Mandatory Hours:
Wednesday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
