We currently are seeking a part time or full time Stylists Assistant/Apprentice! You will be working hands on with our craft stylists as well as training side by side with our creative team. Our program is set up in 3 phases: basic assisting, haircuts and blow outs, color and corrections (advanced). Each phase and section is structured to work off your motivation and eagerness to learn and grow your craft.
We also have in house education lead by our own stylists as well as other education opportunities.
Our musts:
currently in cosmetology school, past the 500 hours mark.
motivation is key. Our apprenticeship is based on motivation and eagerness to learn.
must be on time and arrive to work when scheduled to be there.
works well with direction and in a team based environment
currently living in Massachusetts
a Massachusetts cosmetology license will be required to advance to your Apprenticeship. No other state license will be accepted.
willing to grow in your craft
training with our booking system to cover a rare shift for our front of house and lunch breaks
We offer paid model hours once you reach that part of our Apprentice Program. We are located in the heart of downtown Salem, Ma with new client inquiries daily.
