Job title: Lead gardener/manager: Cambridge, MA (and surrounding areas)
Full-time: 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $25-plus per hour, plus bonuses and the potential for paid education. Willing to pay more for the right person.
Position: Established, family-owned, professional gardening/landscaping company, based in Cambridge, that is committed to using organic practices, seeking an experienced gardener to work closely with the owner of the company on a range of things including design and management. This role has the potential for growth and longevity. Candidates will need good plant knowledge, ability to help manage properties, collaborate on design and estimates, and excellent people skills.
Requirements:
A clean, current driver's license
Plant /gardening knowledge
Organizational and management skills
Ability to work independently and with a group
Enthusiastic, dependable, and a positive attitude
Takes direction well
