Property Management firm looking for a part-time Facility Manager / Operation Manager. Looking for a hands-on facility manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty but has the experience to do inspections of properties and be pro-active on projects that need to be done. This position is more geared towards making sure work is being done correctly and anticipating / recommending what the properties need.

Job Responsibilities:
Weekly property inspections
Update / monitor work order system
Solicit bids from contractors.
Supervise / manage projects
Light maintenance needs
Coordinating apartment turnovers
