Description We are in the market for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Braintree, Massachusetts. The role involves managing various HR functions, such as employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and new employee onboarding. Responsibilities include: Acting as the primary point of contact for employees, handling their inquiries, and addressing their concerns. Overseeing the recruitment process, which includes advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Processing biweekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Administering employee benefits, managing enrollment, and responding to related queries. Coordinating the onboarding and training of new hires to effectively integrate them into the team. Reviewing and managing 401K plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilizing HR systems such as 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', and 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode' for various HR functions. Ensuring compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. Handling employee-related matters such as leaves and terminations. Demonstrating strong communication skills to liaise with employees and management. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HCM platforms Ability to manage Benefit Functions Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures within HR Proven experience in Employee Relations Expertise in Hiring Processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
