Description:Searching for an HVAC technician to work in a bio-tech facility in Cambridge. We encourage any candidate with proven HVAC experience to apply!Duties:
Preventative maintenance of HVAC related building systems including mechanical (HVAC controls) related electrical and temperature controls systems, critical environments, and utilization of contracted support as necessary.
Has in-depth knowledge of all HVAC related building systems and how they function, including chillers, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, RTUs, etc.
Working knowledge and experience with CMMS and work order system
Assist in the development of a Capital plan which would include planning for infra-structure upgrades, equipment replacements and building modifications to ensure the building’s future capabilities are maintained.
Responsible for keeping records of buildings rounds and readings, all HVAC logs and HVAC data sheets in addition to scheduled PMs
Qualifications:
5+ years of HVAC repair & maintenance experience
EPA 608 Universal
Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service, including work with outside vendors
