Sr. Manager, Sales Operations (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)

Support North America, Sales leadership across the region and business groups. Advance Sales analytics and Sales forecasting to support the Operational needs and infrastructure for Commercial Sales, to improve sales planning and execution, drive adoption and continuous improvement of the sales processes in the Region.Your role:

Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process and order book quality and prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement; also, assist in deploying strategy, understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Lead adherence to the accuracy and health of the sales funnel, order intake forecast and order book, while prioritizing analytical and operational support for the development, execution, and monitoring of sales processes, analytical insights, action planning and operational improvement projects in line with business priorities.

Leverage the following experiences: Sales operations, Sales forecasting and analysis, Salesforce, opportunity management, Sales processes, Sales readiness, operational planning and implementation, business analytics, problem solving, report development and people management experience.

You're the right fit if:

You have 10+ years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations and/or Sales Analytics with progressed increase in responsibilities.

Your skills include the ability to drive and support Daily Management (utilizing Lean / Six-Sigma practices), understand data infrastructure, build forecasting models, and perform complex analysis (via insight tools such as Python, PowerBI, R programming).

You have a Bachelor’ degree and/or applicable experience, required with a Master’s degree preferred.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Your additional skills include the ability to clearly communicate while presenting to all internal and external partners; and the Executive Committee (when needed); and possessing excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels.

Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion here.Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for Cambridge, MA is $118,000 to $202,000.The pay range for Nashville, TN is $105,000 to $180,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
