Job Description SummaryAt GE Vernova, our purpose is to electrify and decarbonize the planet, which gives us the energy to change the world. As a newly formed public company following a recent spin-off from GE, we are working towards becoming a recognized employer of choice and building world class Talent Management practices.Reporting to the Executive Talent Management Leader, the Talent Practice Leader for Assessments and Coaching will lead the strategy and execution of GE Vernova’s assessments, coaching and 360 strategy and administration.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Design and administer a purpose-driven assessment strategy and governance model that serves differentiated, yet prioritized, needs across the enterprise

Lead the assessment workstream to activate GE Vernova’s new Enterprise Leadership Framework

Design and administer a standard coaching strategy and governance model that serves differentiated, yet prioritized, needs across the enterprise

Design, launch and administer 360 solution(s)

Identify and manage relationships with all solution providers for assessments, coaching and 360 interventions

Scan externally for innovation in talent management and benchmark for unique practices that have relevance for GE Vernova

Collaborate closely with business and cross-functional partners and stakeholders to inform solutions that will support a broader, integrated talent strategy

Collaborate with peers and other stakeholders to ensure enabling communications approach, technology and analytics align with and support talent strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience; Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology preferred

Major experience in a talent and/or executive development related function

Experience defining and implementing talent management strategies and programs for large, fast-paced and complex organizations

Experience and expertise in assessment design and implementation

Demonstrates clear and critical thinking

Demonstrates ruthless prioritization and embraces continuous improvement in order to navigate a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effectively collaborates with and influences various business and cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Strong project management skills including creation of project plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation

Desired Characteristics

Experience with technology enabled assessments

Experience in and knowledge of industry trends in Talent Management and/or Development

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions

Effectively balances a collaborative, inclusive, team-oriented style with the ability to work independently

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Collaborez étroitement avec les partenaires commerciaux et interfonctionnels et les parties prenantes pour élaborer des solutions qui soutiendront une stratégie de gestion des talents plus large et intégrée

Qualifications requises

Baccalauréat en commerce, en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe d'une université ou d'un collège agréé ou connaissances ou expérience équivalentes ; maîtrise ou doctorat en psychologie organisationnelle industrielle préférable

Expérience majeure dans une fonction liée au développement des talents et/ou au développement des cadres

Expérience dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de programmes de gestion des talents pour de grandes organisations complexes et dynamiques

Expérience et expertise dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'évaluations

Fait preuve d'esprit clair et critique

Fait preuve d'une hiérarchisation impitoyable et privilégie l'amélioration continue afin de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique

Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ; collabore efficacement avec divers partenaires et parties prenantes commerciaux et interfonctionnels et les influence

Solides compétences en gestion de projet, y compris la création de plans de projet, le suivi des étapes, l'atténuation des risques
