The Vice President of Customer Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for Customer Service, Billing, and third-party vendor management to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. This role partners closely with the Roofing Sales team to ensure customer orders are efficiently managed, accurately processed, and delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and relationship management. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Customer Operations contributes to the development and execution of the company's business strategy, driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and customer-centric initiatives that support organizational growth and success.Oversee Customer Operations including 3rd party relationships, billing and customer service for TM RoofingBuild and maintain all  Third party Trading Goods vendor relationshipsAssist in contracts, pricing, rebate, and volume negotiations with Trading Goods VendorsOversee all purchasing of third party trading goods stock and responsible for building and maintaining a stocking plan to ensure continuous supplyWork closely with Sales Management Team to build customer relationshipsVisit key customer accounts and become involved in the sales strategy to ensure growthResponsible for creating and executing a strategic operations plan that aligns with the company's goalsAttract, retain, and develop high performing operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement
