Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Position Description:
- Handle phone and email service repair requests from consumers
- Use computer systems and processes to collect consumer/product information, explain service policies, and pricing, schedule technician in-home repair appointments
- Support other staff CSR's in timely response and follow up to service schedules and related repair parts ordering and return scheduling
- Communicate effectively with technicians to update schedule status and changes
- Research and communicate product information as needed to support consumer requests and service call follow-up
-Maintain professional and courteous standards in all interaction with customers, suppliers, Co-workers
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm w/ Saturday Rotation 9am-12pm
Candidate Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Demonstrate record of work success interacting directly with customers
- Proficiency with Computer based systems and email
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work schedule flexibility
- Personal skills compatible with team-based work environment
