Bartender Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for a bartender to join our team for the Summer 2024 Season (May to mid October). We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities, Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, Interact with members, take orders, and serve drinks, Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age, Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, Stay member focused and nurture an excellent member experience, Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Qualifications; Proven working experience as a bartender, Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean, Relevant training certificate (TIPS we can provide), We are looking forward to receiving your application.
