Hiring assistant managers, floor managers, and General Managers for full service restaurants.
Multiple locations, multiple service hours. Weekends required, nights or days depending on service model. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at multiple locations.
Expected to work 4-5 shifts/week year round.
Will be responsible for opening, closing, interacting with chefs for specials, scheduling, cash management, void and comp management, etc.
Front of house management and expediting experience preferred, but not required.
Roll and responsibilities are somewhat flexible, Portfolio Manager is willing to flex days off and responsibilities to help build the right roll for the right person.
