Job Description (of sorts):
- Experience in Restaurant Management: A background in front-of-house management or similar leadership roles in high-volume environments is preferred.
- Manage Staff & Operations: Oversee daily FOH operations, including leading and training the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Bar Proficiency: Be comfortable working behind the bar, crafting cocktails, and ensuring smooth service in a high-volume environment.
- Guest Experience: Create seamless, positive, and memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
- Event Execution & Music Management: Help organize and execute special events, and manage our daily music offerings to keep the vibe fresh and exciting.
- Confidence & Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, keeping everyone on track during the busiest of times.
- Strong Communication Skills: Be an effective communicator, both with your team and with our guests.
- Creative & Motivated: We want someone creative, adaptable, and always eager to think outside the box.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Stay calm under pressure, manage chaos, and find solutions quickly.
