Description:

Encore Bistro & Bar in Dennis is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, reliable, and responsible sous chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, and maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and breakdown of assigned station

Cook items according to specific cook times to ensure safety and quality

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sous chef is preferred

Must be available to work flexible hours

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
