We are looking for an Office Administrator to add to our team! You must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic! Michael P. Neath Landscape Construction is a full-service landscape company serving Cape Cod for over 40 years. Our services include Landscape Design, Landscape Construction, Landscape Maintenance, Flower Installation & Care, and Snow Removal. This position is responsible for planning; the billing and support functions, including purchasing; human resources; payroll; and administrative support.
Primary Duties Include:
General accounts payable and accounts receivable duties including invoice entry into QuickBooks system, reconciling vendor accounts.
Monitor customer accounts and maintain vendor files.
Receive and verify expense reports and requests for advances; prepare checks.
Update procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance with federal, state and local relations in relation to billing processes; payroll; and HR related policies.
Assist in interviewing, selecting and hiring new employees.
Other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Education/Experience:
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Must have valid driver’s license. Position is in office, no remote work offered.
