Seeking office assistant. Monday through Friday.
Operational support role including answering the phone, creating work orders using mail merge, scanning, filing, filling out web-based reports, collecting data from health departments via email, occasionally driving an F150 to job sites and light cleaning in the office.
Clerical experience, neat penmanship, Microsoft office and general computer experience and a valid driver's license are necessary.
A person will excel in this position if he/she has excellent phone skills, a good memory and an ability to learn and correlate new information.
