Fast paced kitchen and bath design firm located in the mid-cape area is seekinga highly oragnized office manager/bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks and billing/schedulling experience, along with excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities include:
-Managing daily office operations including:
administrative support, vendor management, handling incoming correspondence, phone calls and emails, maintaining and organizing filing systems and records
-Assisting sales and installation team with scheduling and project coordination
-Providing ongoing client communication throughout project completion
-Accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, job budgeting, payroll reporting and other QuickBooks tasks
-Supporting showroom operations and customer interactions
