Through our brand Cape Destinations, our company offers a full range of services—from black car and school bus transportation to tours, wedding trolleys, and the iconic Funk Bus.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to serve as the #2 at Cape Destinations, supporting the Director and helping lead a dynamic, customer-focused team.
About the Role
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Charter Services and plays a key role in the day-to-day management of bookings, drivers, sales, and client relations. In this fast-paced position, you will help coordinate a busy team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences across a variety of transportation offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Director in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and client service.
Manage and coordinate driver assignments and customer bookings.
Contribute to sales growth through excellent client engagement and service quality.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments to meet client needs efficiently.
Uphold safety, reliability, and service standards that define the Mercedes Cab reputation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or transportation management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
Transportation or hospitality industry experience preferred.
