Description:
The Judge Group is looking for a Project Manager to work in the PMO for an Automation Client. This role will require an advanced understanding of Oracle, Application Development, and can mobilize a team in dynamic environment to complete project goal in line with a projected roadmap.
Description:
•Establish project and develop the charter. Commission project & mobilize project team.
•Create detailed project plan and assign project resources.
•Manage day-to-day execution of project. Manage delivery of agreed work products ensuring delivery to time, scope, cost & quality.
•Update project plans and provide weekly dashboard
•Execute risk and issue management. Analyze overall performance of the project and initiate mitigating actions where required.
•Execute project close-down. Create final report (including lessons learned). Manage transition plan into Support.
•Effectively maintain the project scope through use of the agreed Change Control processes.
•Helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period.
•Remove obstacles that impede progress.
Skills:
•Solid experience in end-to-end project management, in the applications area and in a SaaS environment
•Experience working with business users
•Experience in Business analysis
•Experience managing third party delivery
•PMI certification is a plus
•Good communication and presentation skills
