AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Air Quality Project Manager for immediate employment at our New York, NY, Conshohocken, PA, Raleigh, NC or Chelmsford, MA offices. This is a hybrid role. This position is part of our air permitting and compliance group.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- large-size projectsLeads technical client relationships and plays a major role in sellingLeads discipline department efforts to grow technical expertiseLeads technical business development workProvides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertiseApproves and signs off on workLeader in one or more areas of technologyProvides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule a to meet requirements on large, complex projectsWork closely with clients to develop strategies that will aid the client in maintaining compliance and operational flexibility while meeting client’s expectations related to scope, budget, schedule and qualityPreparation of air permit application packagesAir permitting strategy developmentAir regulatory review and complianceResponsible for the development and mentoring of junior and mid-level staff members; this will be accomplished with an active role in supporting general technical growth by providing constructive oversight and challenging tasksPrepare proposals and cost estimates
