ABOUT YOUAs an IT T3 Helpdesk Technician, you seamlessly blend technical expertise with exceptional customer service. Your analytical prowess allows you to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex issues, while your clear communication ensures users are kept informed every step of the way. Working under pressure is second nature to you, and your collaborative spirit shines as you effortlessly liaise with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges head-on. With meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning, you consistently deliver outstanding support, ensuring seamless operations, and empowering users to excel in their rolesWhat you will do:

Answer incoming calls and document reported issues thoroughly, creating tickets for efficient tracking.

Provide comprehensive technical support to customers via various channels, ensuring prompt resolution.

Take ownership of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated tickets, investigating and resolving complex incidents.

Administer and maintain assigned systems, ensuring integrity, security, and optimal performance while meticulously documenting all activities.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technical support.

Expertise in Microsoft Office suites and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, NTFS, and IP addressing.

Proficiency in troubleshooting, interpersonal communication, user training, and writing basic documentation.

High-level skills in operating systems, virtualization environments, and scripting languages like Perl, VBScript, or PowerShell.
