Description We are offering an opportunity for a Member Services Rep in the banking industry located in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role is fully onsite with the primary function being to support our members with their banking needs, from opening and closing accounts to resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: Receiving members in a detail oriented manner, adhering to our mission statement Safeguarding member privacy by handling their personal information with utmost care Providing assistance with account-related services, such as opening new accounts and adding additional services Managing and balancing a cash drawer for everyday transactions Utilizing knowledge and judgment to prevent losses to both members and the institution Staying updated with relevant laws and regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services to members and educating them on the benefits of our products and services Processing checks, handling cash, and conducting bank operations effectively Handling bank balances, deposits, and transactions with accuracy Ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-money laundering regulations.Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the banking industry Proficiency in check processing tasks Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record Experience in cash handling procedures and operations Knowledge and understanding of bank operations Ability to accurately balance bank transactions and deposits Solid understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, particularly in relation to anti-money laundering measures Proficiency in handling bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
