Responsible for planning and overseeing our ongoing projects

Determine and define project scope, objectives, and requirements

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as needed

Meet with project team member to identify and resolve issues

Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

Conducting post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

What you bring to the table:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical skills

Adaptable, highly organized, detail-oriented

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in related field

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreein business, computer science, or related field

You may be responsible for aspects of managing non-inventory supplies management & expense control. You are responsible for regulatory compliance, and special projects and/or assignments. As the Associate Team Leader, you support the Team Leader in leading and developing Team Members. You may participate in hiring activities. You must strive to support WFM core values, Leadership Principles, and goals, promote national, geographic-specific, store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations.
