Don’t you want them too?Competitive Salary Range: The compensation for this position falls within the range of $50,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.The Big TaskDiagnose and repair electrical systems and lead customers to informed, and confident buying decisions.Key Sub Tasks
Complete any electrical residential service calls.
Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in team and sell the right products and services.
Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Ability to exceed minimum KPI goal.
Successfully complete follow up calls.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Desired Skills and Experience
Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic service calls.
Knowledge of Electrical codes and proper safety standards.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
Hold at least one state license or certification.
Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
