Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.    Duties include, but not limited to:  Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages; Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving and cleaning methods schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food qualify, service or other, count monies and make deposits; schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff; prepare employee review and performance reports; plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
