High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.Job DescriptionGE Healthcare has a new opportunity for a Brand Manager for Pharmaceutical Diagnostics, Americas In this role you will lead the development of marketing strategy, execution of marketing plans, identification of opportunities for growth and insights into market trends for designated products within the contrast media ultrasound drug portfolio.Roles and Responsibilities

Build brand strategy and marketing campaigns that increase customer awareness and grow utilization of UAE's

Capture “Voice of the Customer” and market insights to create and validate value propositions and messaging and identify unmet clinical needs.

Demonstrate a deep level of product knowledge in order to develop impactful content strategy

Oversee marketing budget for the product(s), making trade off decisions regarding the marketing mix, and ensure all marketing programs and campaigns support overall plan, are executed effectively with a strong ROI.

Partner with sales and sales leadership team to understand commercial challenges and provide/adapt strategies, tools, training, and messages to drive sales and revenue generation

Drive KOL engagement strategy and cultivate strong relationships with thought leaders

Conduct market and customer research to gather additional data and insight into target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostic or medical device marketing and a B.S. degree or higher in marketing or related science or business field

Proven track record in the development and execution of market strategies and product launches that yield high performance results

Proficiency in development of marketing collateral and experience with the Advertising and Promotional Review process

Experience working with sales teams, and supporting commercial teams with programs to drive awareness and revenue

Desired Characteristics

MBA in Marketing or related field

Diagnostic imaging and/or Pharmaceutical Imaging Agents preferred

Able to learn quickly and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in a matrix environment and balancing competing priorities of multiple stakeholders.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
