MAC OS Technical Engineer II

• In Depth Understanding of MacOS—including troubleshooting, installation, Recovery Mode and Diagnostics.
• In Depth Understanding of Mac-based Application Packages, Installers, and troubleshooting.
• In Depth Knowledge of Apple Software Updates, Security Patches and Apple Patch Methodologies.
• Knowledge of FIleVault, Secure Token, and Secure Enclave, and general principle of OS hardening and security
• In Depth Knowledge of Apple Laptop and Desktop hardware troubleshooting and configuration
• Ability to lead a project or drive an initiative through to completion
• Communication skills written/speaking
• Ability to work alone as well as they work with a group/team

• Experience with Jamf Pro
• Experience with Bash Scripting
• Experience with applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Agile Work methodologies (Scrum/KanBan/SAFe)
• Knowledge or experience with Intune management or Jamf integrations with Intune
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced, global organization
