Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Admin Assistant in Methuen, Massachusetts, United States. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in various administrative tasks to support our Account Management and Sales team. This role will require you to utilize your skills in data management and attention to detail to contribute to our sales operations. Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data efficiently for accurate reporting and forecasting. Maintain a high degree of precision in all tasks, including data entry and preparation of quotes and sales documentation. Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and manage customer quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Perform meticulous data entry tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Management and Sales team, facilitating smooth operations and effective client interactions. Monitor and maintain customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Utilize Excel formulas to streamline data processing and analysis. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with Excel Formulas Strong customer service skills, with an ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally Experience with inbound sales, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into customers Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with general office operations and administrative tasks Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find appropriate solutions Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
