The Swim Assistant will provide support to the students of the Evergreen Center between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Swim instructors will provide support within the pool, on the pool deck, and in other locations within the Aquatic Center under the direction of the Certified Swim Instructor.Evergreen Center is a dynamic working environment where employees can make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with severe special needs. Additionally, there are many opportunities for advancement within the Evergreen Center into supervisory and/or management level positions. Pay is commensurate to level of education and relevant experience.Requirements:Must be available to work 32 hours a weekComfortable assisting students in up to 5 feet of water
