Be the Bridge: Travel to healthcare facilities within a 40-mile radius to retrieve medical charts in both paper and electronic formats, serving as a key link between providers and our data analytics team.
Tech-Savvy: Use your skills to upload collected charts into our secure system (work from home!), contributing to essential healthcare analysis by our expert coding team.
Independent Flexibility: Operate independently with the freedom to submit daily reports from the comfort of your home.
Paid Training: Kickstart your journey with us through a two-day, remote, paid training to master our risk adjustment processes.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Educational Foundation: High School diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License: Along with an insurance policy in your name to ensure safe and smooth travel.
Reliable Tech Setup: Secure internet with 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Tech Proficiency: Confident in basic computer tasks like file management, uploading, and imaging.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail to excel in this role.
Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential full-day projects.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds as needed.
Phone Comfort: At ease using telephone or headset equipment for clear communication.
