This senior leadership role oversees the payroll and procure-to-pay departments, drives system implementations, and establishes standardized processes across the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker who can build and lead high-performing global teams while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting business growth objectives.Essential Job FunctionsLead the design, implementation, and optimization of a Global Shared Services organization to support finance operations across all company locationsOversee the Payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of global payroll, tax compliance, and related reportingManage the Procure-to-Pay function, including accounts payable, vendor management, and employee expense reportingSpearhead finance transformation initiatives with emphasis on system implementations, process standardization, and automationDevelop and execute strategic roadmaps for finance technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data integrityEstablish key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to monitor shared services performance and drive continuous improvementEnsure SOX compliance across all finance operations, maintaining robust internal controls and documentationBuild, develop, and lead a global team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementPartner with executive leadership to align finance transformation initiatives with overall business strategyManage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners involved in transformation projectsCreate and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and best practices for finance operationsDevelop and manage budgets for shared services operations and transformation initiativesIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization across finance functions
