This role is based in our Newton, MA office We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, & operationally savvy Process Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects & managing team members within a fast-paced environment. This person will report to the Director of Process Operations and will manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing & operational support as required.Essential Job Functions:Provide guidance including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns & projects Manage the day to day of team members monitoring work load & assigning projects and accounts  Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup & fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; branner setup across various systems, campaign updates campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, & optimizations, etc.  Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues & identify recommendations for process improvementsCreate & maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.
