job detailsRandstad is working with a consulting company in Newton, MA to fill a position supporting their office administrative operations. This person will be the main point of contact onsite for all visitors, vendors, and even internal employee assistance. This role involves supporting operations, finance, and human resources. This is an onsite role, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM, WITH parking. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable (opening and closing the office each day), have experience in office management, and be looking for their next permanent/long term home! What's In It For You? -Work in a stable and growing company -Free parking -Competitive pay and full benefits – medical, dental, generous 401k, PTO Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in administrative support -Highly reliable, proven ability to commute onsite to Newton, MA daily -Professionalism, excellent communication skills -High attention to detail and problem solvingsalary: $60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities-Act as first point of contact for both phone calls and in-person visitors- Greet any incoming visitors, employees, or clients and direct phone calls as necessary-Manage office inventory and supplies-Maintain and troubleshoot all office inventory, machinery, and kitchen/snacks – ensuring all are in working order and keeping areas tidy and stocked-Assist in AP or AR, cash receipts, and deposits-Assist in HR including hiring, onboarding, benefits, and general HR data entry-Support customer service/sales functions in entering data into CRM and/or updating information-Liaise with vendors and/or IT to troubleshoot as needed-General ad hoc problem solving and projectsSkills
