Job DescriptionThe Patient Relations Representative is the primary point of contact for all initial communication with the practice. In this role, you will convert leads into appointments for consultation with providers. There is no cold calling. You will be contacting potential patients who have expressed interest in procedures and booking appointments. You will be coordinating all incoming phone and email requests, searching for potential sales leads, and booking appointments for the practice.The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic. A great phone voice, professionalism and patience are a must! Interest in the aesthetic/cosmetic surgery industry is a plus! Candidates with previous call center, sales, and/or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.Primary role duties include (but not limited to):Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiriesLogging patient demographic and inquiry details in our systemScheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" clientsDistributing all incoming leads to patient coordinatorsReceiving payment for consultation feeFollowing up with leads and existing patients to ensure customer service satisfactionMaintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products and proceduresGreeting and assisting walk-in customers and treating all clientele with courtesy and respectEnsuring potential patients are aware of any promotionsContacting existing patients with specials and promotionsAssisting with all tasks required to grow the practice and improve patient experienceKeep office tidy and provide general administrative support to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
