We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Networking Professional to join our team and support day-to-day technology operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up computers, managing basic network configurations, supporting Microsoft-based systems, and resolving a range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Junior IT Networker responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers for new and existing usersTroubleshoot internet connectivity and application-related issuesProvide first-level support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applicationsMaintain and update IT documentation as neededAssist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access pointsInstall and update software, apply patches, and perform routine system maintenanceSupport users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance
